Return and Exchange Policy

At NestbyNature.com we are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed merchandise. We only provide refunds on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To expedite your return process, please contact Customer Support by phone at (949) 228-0309, or by email at customersupport@nestbynature.com.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end. Exchanges, however, will be ground shipped to you free of charge. If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

NestbyNature.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us at the below address via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned.

Returning a Gift:

We are happy to offer you an exchange for a gift you received from NestbyNature.com, following the return guidelines above. Please note, however, that we're unable to issue cash refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with NestbyNature.com.
