  • All in-stock items will be processed and shipped from Aliso Viejo, California. Although we attempt to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery, unless otherwise specified on the Product Details page of each product. Some Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada takes additional time and make incur additional shipping charges.

    We ship using either Fedex or USPS. Cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. USPS tends to be less expensive on shipments less than 6 lbs. Some items, including furniture and some bedding, are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, shipping time and rates are disclosed on the product description.

    Shipping charges are not refundable on returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our end. Exchanges, however, will be ground shipped to you free of charge. If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

    NestbyNature.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us at the below address via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned.
